Kathie is well respected for being able to understand her client’s goals and then develop a specific plan of action to achieve them. Her practice focuses on providing counsel, litigation strategy and trial capabilities to both Plaintiffs and Defendants. As an aggressive advocate, she has a wide range of experience in litigating personal injury, uninsured/underinsured motorists, wrongful death, bad faith, construction, and employment matters. She has experience in elder law and family/domestic matters, as well.

Kathie has been rated by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for the years 2014-2018. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan, Lake County and Ohio State Bar Associations. 

Born in Ohio she received her B.A in psychology and sociology, summa cum laude from Cleveland State University in 2005, and her juris doctor, cum laude from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2009.
